Had a terrific experience working with everyone involved. From the initial selection process, to drop-off and pick-up everything was easy and smooth. The extra days to receive and pickup the items before and after my event was also a pleseant surprise as I had expected to recieve everything the day of. Our tables and chairs just arrived at 10:05pm. The original delivery window was between 6:30am-7pm. We got an update at 7:45pm they’d arrive between 8:15-8:30. The driver did apologize and actually delivered the items, but not great communication unfortunately. UPDATE: The company was apologetic and reached out directly the next day offering a partial refund and credit for future use. Pickup was smooth. For these reasons I’m updating my review.

I had a great experience with Kelly Rentals, they came out to put the tents up, and it was too windy, which the event was the next day. They came back the next day with weights and put the tents up and the event was a success. Thank you so much I will be calling again.

Very reasonable prices especially with pick up and excellent service. They quickly upgraded me to premium white chairs without question or hassle when I saw the economy chairs were too scuffed for inside use. And sent me a link for the difference via email so I could get on the road quickly. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Kelly Rentals enough! As a young bride planning my wedding, I was honestly overwhelmed trying to make everything perfect, but they made the entire process SO easy. From the very first phone call, they were kind, organized, and genuinely excited for my big day. They answered all of my (many) questions, helped me choose linens and chairs that matched my vision perfectly, and even gave helpful suggestions I hadn’t thought of. Delivery and setup were smooth and right on time, and everything looked absolutely beautiful. The tables, chairs, and décor were clean and high quality, and they made my reception look like something straight off Pinterest.

We used Kelly Rentals for our Media Day for our high school softball team and had a superb experience! We rented the white and gold throne chair (pics coming soon) and it was exactly what we needed to take our photo shoot to the next level. Kelly Rentals staff delivers and picks up the product so that the process is easy on the customer. I highly recommend using their services; you won’t be disappointed!
Easy process to rent and they’re great with delivery, set up and pickup. I got notified about an hour before delivery and pickup and that was enough time for me to make sure I was there to meet them.

As I was needing to find 30 rental chairs and not knowing exactly who to call, I came across Kelly Rentals while doing a Google search, was impressed and decided to give them a call. So glad I did. From my 1st time speaking with them, the quote, communication, emails, phone calls, and the professionalism, and the timing of it all, I was very pleased with the overall interaction and how quickly they came through. I even had to make a slight change to increase original # of chairs and that change was done quickly with no complications as well as keeping me up to date every step of the way. I would highly recommend Kelly Rentals for all your needs and I certainly will use them for future events. Price was also very reasonable. You wont regret calling on their service. We were scrambling to find a last-minute table rental company the day before our event and came across Kelly rentals… They were very thorough over the phone and even completed the order before I hung up… They showed up on time with the delivery and picked the tables up promptly the next day!
Kelly Rentals was awesome! They had clear communication and delivery and pickup were great. I talked to them on the phone to change my order, and they made the changes with no issues. Highly recommended.
