It’s 11pm. My delivery window was between 7am-7pm. No call to update on delays, no update to communicate issues or even an estimated time of arrival. I’ve called multiple numbers multiple times and a sweet lady has done her best to reassure me someone will come but that she doesn’t know when and that they have not been able to get information on ETA. This rental is for my wedding. For a second I thought this was a huge scam, at this point I have no idea if anything is arriving tonight for set up but no one has contacted me to communicate any expectations of arrival. Update: 12:30am arrival. The delivery guy was great. One guy working hard. Not sure what happened, maybe he had to pick up routes, but despite the long hours and though he still had deliveries after ours- he had a great attitude. Rentals were delivered.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. The reservation with regards to to communication was professional, and the tables, chairs, and table clothes were clean and in excellent condition. Delivery and pickup were completed on time, which helped make my event run smoothly. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout the process. Had a terrific experience working with everyone involved. From the initial selection process, to drop-off and pick-up everything was easy and smooth. The extra days to receive and pickup the items before and after my event was also a pleseant surprise as I had expected to recieve everything the day of.
