As I was needing to find 30 rental chairs and not knowing exactly who to call, I came across Kelly Rentals while doing a Google search, was impressed and decided to give them a call. So glad I did. From my 1st time speaking with them, the quote, communication, emails, phone calls, and the professionalism, and the timing of it all, I was very pleased with the overall interaction and how quickly they came through. Yes, but there will be an additional $25.00 fee for getting the paperwork set up and sent over to you. This is a required fee if you need a COI with us.

Yes, the damage waiver is mandatory for every order.

A valid Texas state ID is required on ALL rentals. You must be at least 18 years old to rent.

For an additional fee we provide services to help with events starting early in the morning or late at night. $300 delivery fee if the event is at 7 am - 8 am or . $150 if delivery is before 11 AM and $150 before 10 PM. For Sunday or Saturday events we only deliver a day early. Austin metroplex only.

VISA, Master Card, Discover, Amex and most Debit cards.

You will be charged the replacement cost for the item, unless the replacement cost is covered by the damage waiver cost price paid and the lost or damage was non-negotiable.

Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.

Yes! Deliveries can be scheduled and will guarantee delivery within a one hour window. If you want an exact time for deliver it will be an additional $200. Service available only at our Austin metroplex.

Our standard delivery service is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Delivery at a specific time is available for an additional fee. Please contact us or fill out a form for pricing.
