Had a terrific experience working with everyone involved. From the initial selection process, to drop-off and pick-up everything was easy and smooth. The extra days to receive and pickup the items before and after my event was also a pleseant surprise as I had expected to recieve everything the day of. If you are thinking about rental equipment for a party look no further than here.

Easy and transparent quote & rental process. Items were on good condition. Delivery and pick up were smooth, with a 30 min notification before. I'll rent from Kelly Rentals again!

The company and workers did very well handling me and my purchases, everything I ordered arrived on the time as requested and were taken back the same, highly recommended

Our tables and chairs just arrived at 10:05pm. The original delivery window was between 6:30am-7pm. We got an update at 7:45pm they’d arrive between 8:15-8:30. The driver did apologize and actually delivered the items, but not great communication unfortunately. UPDATE: The company was apologetic and reached out directly the next day offering a partial refund and credit for future use. Pickup was smooth. For these reasons I’m updating my review.

I had a great experience with Kelly Rentals, they came out to put the tents up, and it was too windy, which the event was the next day. They came back the next day with weights and put the tents up and the event was a success. Thank you so much I will be calling again.

Outstanding service and products! I rented chairs for a special event in our home. Their pricing and online ordering platform was excellent. What was even better was the communication before and after the event so I knew exactly what was going on with delivery and pick-up.
