Artificial Turf Per Square Foot (+ $0.50 per sq ft for set up ) Each sheet is sold in widths of 12 ft or 10 ft, with lengths available in 20 ft increments, up to a maximum of 100 ft. For example, if you order a 34 ft x 18 ft sheet, you will receive a 20 ft wide by 40 ft long turf. Will come in multiple pieces.

Cancellation by the Customer: If you decide to cancel your rental, we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we offer a rain-check option to hold your funds for future use. The following conditions apply: Rain-check: Instead of a refund, we will hold the funds you paid as a rain-check. This rain-check is valid for 1 year from the original event date, starting from the day after your original event date. You can utilize the rain-check amount towards any future rental with us during this one-year period. The rain-check is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or organization that made the original reservation. Weather-Related Cancellations: If weather conditions prohibit the installation of the rented equipment, we do not issue refunds. However, we offer the rain-check option as mentioned above. We understand that uncontrollable circumstances like severe weather can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within the validity period of the rain-check. Deposits: All deposits made for reservations, including those related to Covid-19 or any other disaster, are non-refundable. Deposits secure the availability of equipment and cover administrative costs. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, deposits cannot be refunded. Rebooking: If you wish to reschedule your rental to a different date within the one-year rain-check validity period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to equipment availability. Terms and Conditions: By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy and the accompanying terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and accept these terms before making a reservation. Please note that this refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Yes, but there will be an additional $25.00 fee for getting the paperwork set up and sent over to you. This is a required fee if you need a COI with us.

You will be charged the replacement cost for the item, unless the replacement cost is covered by the damage waiver cost price paid and the lost or damage was non-negotiable.

Our standard delivery service is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Delivery at a specific time is available for an additional fee. Please contact us or fill out a form for pricing.

Yes! Normal delivery rates will range from $80 for up to 20 miles from one of our nearest locations, or dependent on location if further and the amount of items.

Yes, the damage waiver is mandatory for every order.

VISA, Master Card, Discover, Amex and most Debit cards.

For an additional fee we provide services to help with events starting early in the morning or late at night. $300 delivery fee if the event is at 7 am - 8 am or . $150 if delivery is before 11 AM and $150 before 10 PM. For Sunday or Saturday events we only deliver a day early. Austin metroplex only.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. The reservation with regards to to communication was professional, and the tables, chairs, and table clothes were clean and in excellent condition. Delivery and pickup were completed on time, which helped make my event run smoothly. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout the process. Our tables and chairs just arrived at 10:05pm. The original delivery window was between 6:30am-7pm. We got an update at 7:45pm they’d arrive between 8:15-8:30. The driver did apologize and actually delivered the items, but not great communication unfortunately. UPDATE: The company was apologetic and reached out directly the next day offering a partial refund and credit for future use. Pickup was smooth. For these reasons I’m updating my review.

I had a great experience with Kelly Rentals, they came out to put the tents up, and it was too windy, which the event was the next day. They came back the next day with weights and put the tents up and the event was a success. Thank you so much I will be calling again.
